    Current Projects

Much of our work comes from repeat business from ongoing  clients who provide professional services.  They do not have to pay a retainer fee but receive "as needed" service.  We become an extension of their staff.

Recent work has included taking monthly minutes for a condo association.

Start-up activity for local client Golden Age Living, LLC, a  client since August 2016, has been designed to spread the word to relevant media about the work of its founder, residential interior designer Wanda E. Gozdz, and about her rigorous speaking schedule in locations ranging from Estero, Florida to Canada. Help with “Aging in Place” is the important service Wanda provides to the country’s aging population.  She also assists relevant businesses in adapting their work to design and remodel "forever" homes that are "visitable" and safer for seniors.
Recently Wanda's bylined articles were posted in senioroutlooktoday.com and seniorsbluebook.com.  We have also contributed byarticles to the Decorators and Designers Association of Canada.

Ongoing:
  • During the past few years we have achieved numerous online business and personal finance placements, includes Forbes and US News & World Report, for our client, an Enrolled Agent, to capitalize on the media's focus on tax preparation during the 2015, 16, 17,18,19 and 2020 tax seasons.  Additionally, we have succeeded in obtaining placements for his property management business, including a cover story in HiRiser and bylined articles in Florida Risingthe magazine of the South Florida Property Management Association, placements in Condo Management magazine and SFPMA's Florida Rising.  We also assisted with the writing.

    •  We have routinely assisted a colleague for several years who is on "overload" with press release distribution and writing. We saved our client time by assisting with labor-intensive, short-term media outreach efforts by email and phone on behalf of experts seeking publicity, speaking opportunities, et al.

    Projects Completed

      • Developed a PowerPoint presentation for a referral client who will use it in an effort to expand his business in remanufacturing and installing car radio and navigation equipment.
      • Recently handled the writing and distribution of a press release to announce a new law firm opening in Boca Raton.
      • We have also handled press release writing and distribution for
      • Assisted with website copy for a group of real estate agents.
    • Worked on a "shoestring" periodic marketing effort to help a disability attorney get referral business.

The effort included improving profiles, the firm's website, seeking speaking engagements, creating ad copy and copy for online teaching applications.  The attorney was interviewed for a social security disability Q&A prior to speaking at a major national law conference that we helped to arrange.  Recently we created a speaking packet for use in soliciting speaking opportunities.

After just a short time, the attorney reported that a client indicated being impressed and reassured after reading the website profile we wrote:
I have to tell you this, Rose…..Pat yourself on the  back.  I met a new client in Bradenton yesterday.  Prior to meeting clients, I send some papers for them to review.  We had just added the suggestion to look at the website to learn more about our law firm.  Well they did. A daughter came with her mother, and the mother said, ‘What an impressive bio you have. You have a wealth of experience’. . .etc, etc. etc.   She told me she felt comfortable meeting me after reading that bio!!!!!   Congrats to you!"

  • Bodybuilding Event:  We completed a publicity project for an annual Fort Lauderdale bodybuilding event, covered by the Miami Herald,  Sun-Sentinel, et al.
  • Virtual Bankruptcy Assistant, start up home-based business.  Worked on elevator speech, tag line, business cards, revamped website, LinkedIn Profile and email marketing campaign.
    • Wrote two resume conversions from chronological to functional for a client who works in both real estate and fashion.

    • Counseled and assisted a client with the introduction of a new software product for health care providers into the South Florida market. This project involved publicity, direct mail and web content.

    • Converted a chronological resume to a functional resume for an out of work sales associate.
    • Worked for nearly a year with a young and growing Broward County law firm on all aspects of marketing communications, including web content.  Our work in cooperation with a web designer took the firm’s site up a notch, providing well written, useful, educational content for those seeking legal counsel. The “News and Events” section and photos were continually updated to keep it interesting and informative to visitors. Links were added to help connect with search engines.
    • Assisted previous real estate client with new project: edited website content for new site.
    • Worked on publicity with the founder/executive director of a unique Florida not-for-profit corporation, located on a ranch in Broward County.  It provides an emotionally safe environment for equine-assisted grief support, free of charge, to children and teens who have experienced the death of a loved one.

We would be pleased to provide samples of our work in any category.
